    Position Summary

    The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for an 11 state region selling Energy Services Solutions to National Accounts. The position will have 3-4 account executives reporting to them and have full P&L responsiblity. Key functions of this position include:

    • - developing new client opportunities, and managing current national accounts.
    • - improving top and bottom line growth as defined by corporate goals.
    • - evaluating current talent, and developing sales team where needed.
    • - managing client issues and working with departments to define expedited resolutions.
    • - implementing marketing campaigns and service rollouts to garner excitement within the marketplace.
    • - leading value driven solutions based on client and competitive intelligence.
    Position Requirements
    • - 15+ years experience in Energy Services;
    • - 5+ years managerial experience;
    • - Proven and verifiable track record of upward sales growth;
    • - Strong financial acumen
    • - Bachelors degree, Masters preferred;
    • - Business certifications a plus.
