The Business Development Director will have strong relationships with building owners, chief engineers, facility managers, and building managers in the New York City metro region. The director will provide consultative direct-to-client solutions selling experience in the HVAC, controls, and energy management sectors. As a result, the position must be able to speak confidently with building facility managers through director/Vice President levels at client organizations. This position will also be responsible for building and managing indirect channel partner networks within the New York City metro.
