| Position Summary |
The Energy Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of 5-7 Project Developers, Energy Auditors, and Program Managers. Duties include:
- Development and supervision of engineering and project teams.
- Internal and external representation of the engineering and project teams.
- Quality control and oversight for work produced by engineering teams.
- Financial responsibility of team project pipeline.

| Position Requirements |
• Performance Contracting and Construction management experience.
• 5-7 years of experience with energy project development including energy auditing, performing energy calculations and developing scopes of projects.
• Understanding of project financing options and utility incentives and rebates.
• Strong communication skills.
• BA/BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture or Facilities Management or equivalent field of study required. Ten (10) years of experience may substitute for education.
• CEM, PE, LEED, CPM certifications preferred.
