Michael Nenni
President
Michael Nenni founded Nenni and Associates in 2001. Michael started his career in the Energy Services industry providing consulting and executive placement services over twenty-one years ago. Michael has earned a national reputation as a coach and advisor to both candidates and clients. Nenni and Associates was created as a boutique firm specific to the energy sector. As Michael enjoyed success from partnering with clients and recognizing the importance of a properly tailored fit, he grew his own business by carefully selecting recruiters in adjacent industries. Each employee at Nenni and Associates benefits from Michael’s mentoring and wealth of knowledge as well as industry connections. Approachable, invested in his clients, passionate about his business – Michael isn’t satisfied until he delivers the right candidate into the right position. With a degree in Economics from Southern Illinois University, he prides himself in making each placement a truly good match for candidate and client.


John Curcio
Vice President and General Manager

John Curcio is the Vice President and General Manager at Nenni and Associates, where he leads the strategic direction of the business through sales development, marketing and operations. A member of senior management, John is responsible for assuring the continued growth of Nenni and Associates.

Expertise
John has an extensive background in sales operations and marketing. For over 15 years, John worked in the telecommunications industry for companies such as AT&T, SBC Communications, and Motorola. Prior to Nenni and Associates, John served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TWS, a global service provider to the telecommunications industry. There, he delivered value added solutions to his global customer base, while managing day-to-day operations. John’s provides significant global experience managing clients, vendors and team members in the United States, Canada, South America, and Europe, Middle East, and Asia (EMEA).

Foundations
John is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and has participated in several Six Sigma Black Belt projects where he has helped companies save over $20 million. He is an active member of his personal and professional community where he is a member, officer, and Board of Director in organizations such as Executive’s Club, D&B Advisory Board, and Boy Scouts of America. John has a Masters of Business Administration from DePaul University and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Illinois.



Dr. David NieKamp
Organizational Development Psychologist

Dr. David NieKamp is a member of the Nenni and Associates’ senior management. Dr. NieKamp provides organizational design and effectiveness to Nenni and Associates’ clients. Dr. NieKamp, along with his staff, Dr. Larisha Graves and Dr. Kristi Wright, help companies integrate cultural changes that develops an efficient and effective work culture.

Expertise
For over 20 years Dr. NieKamp has provided psychological services to organizations and team members. Dr. NieKamp combines corporate culture and business strategies with psychological profiling to improve the team dynamics and strengthen the overall organization. His consultative solutions are utilized by executive leaders to mitigate risk, improve performance, and effectively train team members for professional growth.

Foundations
Dr. NieKamp is the founder and executive director of Signature Consulting. He is an avid supporter to the Performing Arts. Dr. NieKamp obtained his M.A. and Pys.D. in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College, and is a licensed Psychologist.



Craig Copper
National Consulting Director

Craig Copper is the National Consulting Director for Nenni and Associates’ Health care Solutions Group. With over 30 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Craig provides his healthcare industry clients with invaluable consulting and executive placement experience.

Expertise
Craig’s experience encompasses multiple industries including manufacturing, chemicals, energy, and healthcare as a Human Resources professional. Prior to Nenni and Associates, Craig was the Vice President of Human Resources for a large Catholic Hospital Network for 18 years. Craig brings extensive experience in organizational training and development, talent assessment, and leadership development. Craig experience encompasses the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Foundations
Craig has been involved throughout his career in professional and community focused activities where he served on numerous boards. He has completed a designation as Senior Personnel in Human Resources (SPHR) and was name Citizen of the year by the Kankakee Chamber of Commerce. He also is an Illinois Master Gardener who manages a community garden to supply food to families in need. Craig has a Bachelors Degree from Northern Illinois University.



Jess Galle
Director of National Recruiting

Jess Galle is the Director of National Recruiting for Nenni and Associates where he leads business development and talent evaluation services. An experienced senior manager with over 10 years of experience, Jess is responsible for managing key clients and assuring the continued growth of Nenni and Associates.

Expertise
Jess has an extensive background in Energy Services managing client’s needs for market intelligence, talent assessments, compensation structures, organizational development, across multiple sub-segments including Performance Contracting, Engineering, Facilities Management, Demand Response, and Building Automation.

Foundations
Jess is a respected consultant to the Industrial Assessment Center, and for the past 3 years he has advised the top 50 engineering students in the nation. Jess is a member of the Energy Services Coalition and an active participant in NAESCO and the Association of Energy Engineers. Jess holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Illinois University.



Dave Kelley
Senior National Account Consultant

Dave Kelley is a Senior National Account Consultant for Nenni and Associates in our West Coast Branch where he leads business development and corporate recruiting. With over 8 years of experience, Dave has a strong acumen in organizational process consulting with customers to improve their overall organizational effectiveness.

Expertise
Dave has an extensive background in Energy and Financial Services Industries managing client’s expectations in market intelligence, organizational development, and talent acquisition. Dave has been requested by several customers to be the lead consultant to help provide candid feedback regarding the organization and aid in managing growth expectations. Dave holds a degree from Northern Illinois University and has a strong background in Theology.

Dave is a member of the Energy Services Coalition and an active participant in NAESCO and the Association of Energy Engineers. Dave holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Illinois University.



Jim Schafer
National Account Consultant

Jim Schafer is a National Account Consultant for Nenni and Associates. His specialty is in Lighting and Water sub-segment of the Energy Services industry. Jim focus is on market intelligence and network development, consulting with clients to grow their organizations organically.

Expertise
Jim has developed partnerships with both mid-sized and large organizations in the lighting space and is highly regarded for his expertise in retrofit and LED. His clients are manufacturers, distributors, and service vendors providing consultative and placement services. With over 4 years of experience, Jim is continually developing new market relationships and being sought after for his market acumen.

Foundations
Jim is an active participant in multiple lighting and electrical conferences including LightFair, Edison Electric Institute, and Association of Energy Engineers. Jim has a Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Illinois University.



Corey Kravitz
National Accountant Consultant

Corey Kravitz is a national account consultant with Nenni & Associates, where he currently manages sales and account management within Regulatory and Compliance, Public-Private Partnerships (P3), and Utilities. In addition, he leads account management efforts for strategic accounts, developing strong relationships with clients to aid in internal issues for clients.

Relationships
Corey actively engages in relational selling utilizing his knowledge of the market and desire to truly help his clients to meet their needs. Utilizing his professional network, he has introduced clients to numerous vendors and partners that addressed their business issues. Corey possesses a unique skillset that shows true compassion for his clients and profession. He exemplifies Nenni and Associates mission statement, which is to be a true partner to all those he works with.

Foundations
Corey is an active member and local officer for the American Marketing Association (AMA). He also contributes back to the community through numerous foundations where he takes an active role. Corey has a Bachelors degree and a certificate in advanced professional sales from Northern Illinois University. He is currently pursuing his Masters degree.



Sean Bayless
National Accountant Consultant

Sean Bayless is a national account consultant with Nenni & Associates, where he currently manages sales within the Waste Services, Recyclables and Renewables, and Hospitality. Sean and his team manages one our strategic accounts with influence across the entire United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Relationships
As one of the newest members to Nenni and Associates, Sean has made an immediate impact utilizing his “team first” focus to develop relationships with one of the largest waste services companies in North America. Sean’s focus is in consulting, contract management, and technical placement has covered a gap for his clientele.

Foundations
Sean is considered a leader among his peers. As a former college football player, Sean brings a winning mentality and positive attitude. Sean is a member of the Society for Hospitality Administration and an officer for the Dietetic Association. Sean has a Bachelors degree from Northern Illinois University.



Ben Cruse
National Accountant Consultant

Ben Cruse is a national account consultant for Nenni and Associates. His specialty is in facility management, mechanical contracting, and service sales. Ben works with several major clients with needs in the Southeastern and Southwestern markets as a market specialist.

Expertise
As one of our newer account consultants, Ben has developed an interest in clients from the Southern markets. Over the last year, he has become well versed in the Southern business culture, helping organizations gather competitive intelligence and providing talent management services. Ben has also developed a passion for mechanical contracting partnering with like clients to develop their teams.

Foundations
Ben enjoys mentoring children where he coaches youth hockey and lacrosse. Ben has a Bachelors from Northern Illinois University with a degree in Organizational Management and a certificate in Advanced Professional Selling.



Mike Pantello
National Accountant Consultant

Mike Pantello is a national account consultant with Nenni & Associates. He currently leads business development in technology and Utilities. His focus is in business relationships and market intelligence where he works with prospective clients to identify their underlying needs and present consultative solutions.

Expertise
Mike Pantello provides over 7 years of business experience in service sales and technology. Prior to joining Nenni and Associates, Mike was a sales leader for Perry Corporation, a regional software solutions and equipment distributor.

Foundations
Mike is an avid supporter of Habitat for Humanity and Compassion International where he has helped multiple families in need. Mike has a Bachelors degree and a certificate in advanced professional sales from Northern Illinois University.
