Nenni and Associates flew to the customer site to meet with the executive team. They worked with the organization to better understand their culture, leadership tendencies, and roadblocks faced in filling the rolls. They immediately went to work identifying the right talent to complement the leadership, building an employment brand, and marketing the brand to potential candidates. Furthermore, Nenni and Associates flew back to the client and worked with the executive leadership to roll out the employment branding model, consulting them on the importance of image during the interview process. Nenni and Associates also provided the client with key characteristics they needed on their team to create a cohesive organization.
Within the 90 day project window, Nenni and Associates placed all five positions. The comparable cost to the company was one-third of what they spent in the prior six months before hiring Nenni and Associates. Furthermore, three years later, 4 of the 5 employees are still with the company and have contributed over $24 Million in sales.
