A prestigious Higher Education (Facilities and Sustainability) client partnered with the team of Jim Schafer and Sam Swafford of Nenni & Associates to identify a Senior Engineer to fulfill the role of Director of Engineering and planning for the university. The partnership naturally flowed from a previous search and client relationship.
The client sought a Senior Engineer, knowledgeable in mechanical, civil, and electrical engineering, who could lead a team of engineers. Nenni’s team pulled top-tier candidates from Energy Performance Contracting, Facility Services, and MEP consulting.
