The team of Sean Bayless, Managing Partner, and Trevor Morrison, Account Executive and Team Lead with Nenni & Associates, recently engaged a Design Build Services Contractor with whom a relationship has been maintained for years. The company sought to fill the role Executive Vice President of Sales, and trusted Nenni & Associates to find the right candidate.
The team began by pulling candidates from the Design/Build Contracting field and eventually submitted three qualified candidates. The criteria used was a proven track record of growing existing sales territories in a national and regional scope.
After much deliberation, it came down to two finalists, and eventually, the top finalist was chosen, due to their cultural fit and capabilities.
The candidate compelled the decision-making team to make an offer after seeing her confidence in her capabilities to scale a business and take it from a regional sales organization to a top-tier player nationally.
The candidate accepted the offer as she felt the private equity involvement proved that the contractor was committed to growth.
Sean Bayless is a Managing Partner for Nenni and Associates, where he leads business development and talent evaluation services in all areas of the HVAC market. An experienced senior manager, Sean is responsible for managing key relationships with HVAC Manufacturers and Mechanical Contractors.
Trevor Morrison has been with Nenni and Associates since May 2013. As an Energy Services Account Executive, he manages and develops a client base in the energy solutions and sustainable infrastructure industries.
