Trevor Morrison and Ryan McGushin, both Account Executives and Team Leads at Nenni and Associates, recently worked together to fill a Healthcare Director position for an Energy Solutions Contractor. They began by pulling candidates from the Design/Build Contracting Industry.
Because the Healthcare Director role was a strategic growth hire rather than an active position, only one candidate was submitted who met the criteria of a proven track record of being able to grow existing sales within the national healthcare facilities vertical.
After building a relationship through interviews and conversations, the team felt this candidate was a great fit culturally and was committed to helping the company with its mission of scaling their healthcare business nationally. Therefore, they presented an offer. The candidate was compelled to accept the offer since the organization would allow them to increase their scope of responsibilities and territory.
Trevor Morrison has been with Nenni and Associates since May 2013. As an Energy Services Account Executive, he manages and develops a client base comprising organizations in the energy solutions and sustainable infrastructure industries.
Ryan McGushin has been with Nenni and Associates since February of 2013. As a Team Lead and Senior Account Executive, he focuses on talent acquisition, business development, and various consulting services for Nenni and Associates.
