A private equity–backed mechanical services platform engaged Nenni & Associates to identify a Regional Director of Sales to lead a multi-state sales teams across HVAC, plumbing, and automation service lines. The ideal candidate needed experience in B2B mechanical services, strong leadership ability, and a consultative, tech-savvy approach to sales.
The search drew from adjacent sectors including HVAC, BAS, elevators/escalators, and controls. Three candidates were submitted. The finalist stood out for his ability to quickly build rapport, offer new strategies, and bring deep connections across the Mid-Atlantic region.
