Recently, Nenni & Associates partnered with an Energy Services Company in the Renewable Energy Sector to identify a Senior Manager. With a growing network of renewable energy candidates and clients, Nenni proactively identified this opportunity.
The company sought a dynamic engineer with a skill set that would easily translate to multiple roles, including system design and performance. It was also critical that this candidate have a deep understanding of solar project development, financial analysis, and construction.
Paul Copper and Jim Schafer of Nenni & Associates worked together to select three top-tier candidates from the Civil Engineering, Electrical, and Solar Contractor industries using the criteria given by the client. After submitting the candidates to the client, two were chosen to interview.
Eventually, a final candidate was chosen, and the company made an offer. They felt this candidate was the best fit as an Engineering in Training (EIT) and degree in Electrical Engineering with several years of industry experience. Their personality and skill set also aligned with the company’s culture and needs.
The selected candidate accepted the offer, which included a competitive compensation plan. They agreed that the cultural alignment was perfect and felt this was an excellent move for the future of their career.
